STEPS Pilot Programme Now Expanded to 100 Schools - 23rd Apr 2025

Due to unprecedented interest from schools across the UK, we're excited to announce the expansion of our STEPS (School-wide Training for Every Pupil's Support) pilot programme to accommodate 100 schools. This decision follows an overwhelming response that demonstrated just how urgently schools need sustainable SEND solutions.
The opportunity remains exclusive – 100 forward-thinking schools will receive Free Unlimited CPD Training for all school staff in areas and levels appropriate for their roles until January 2026.
"The response to STEPS has been phenomenal, confirming what we already suspected – schools are desperately seeking ways to build sustainable in-house expertise. While we've expanded capacity, we're maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality support to each participating school, which is why we've capped the extension at 100 schools." - Nick Maloney, OLT Director
Why Schools Are Rushing to Join STEPS
In today's educational landscape, with 83% of schools reporting significant gaps in staff SEND knowledge and external services facing longer waiting lists than ever, STEPS offers a practical, immediate solution. We've heard from countless SENCOs about the administrative burdens preventing strategic work, and STEPS directly addresses this challenge.
