◄ Back to Latest news

Ever wished for a knowledgeable guide to support you through your online learning? Many of you already know Daisy from her helpful support and guidance on our tutored courses. Now, we're excited to announce that Daisy has received a major upgrade, expanding her capabilities across the OLT HUB to enhance your learning experience further

Nick Maloney, OLT Director, shared his enthusiasm: "We're constantly looking for ways to make your experience smoother and more productive. With Daisy's new capabilities, we're not just offering help – we're providing a knowledgeable companion to offer a more effective, supportive, and enriched learning experience throughout our courses."

What's New with Daisy?

  • Platform-Wide Support: "Ask Daisy" is now available on all hub pages (user, admin, tutor, and cohort hubs), not just in course chats.

  • Context is Key: Daisy now understands the content of the page you're on, offering tailored, relevant support.

  • Visual Learning: Need a helping hand? Daisy can now include screenshots from our help pages, making explanations crystal clear.

  • Ticketing Made Easy: Reporting an issue? Daisy can now open support tickets automatically when users report issues, streamlining the support process.

Nick added, "These enhancements reflect our commitment to providing you with cutting-edge tools for a more immersive and supportive learning journey. We're excited to see how Daisy's growth will elevate your experience across our SEND education courses."
