OLT launch new free live webinars
From 4th – 8th June we are excited to announce a series of new, live webinars with a focus on four key SEND topics. Each webinar will offer participants around 40 minutes of expert insights plus, effective strategies for teaching a child or young person with a special educational need or disability.
Who will benefit?
This webinar series has been designed for all teaching professionals who work with young people/ children with SEND including teachers, specialist teachers, and teaching support staff. They offer participants the opportunity to enhance their teaching practice online, through the insights of SEND experts and specialised practitioners.
Why attend?
Attending our webinar series and you will receive one or all of the following:
- A high-level overview of the profile of a student with a SEND-related need
- A deeper understanding of the challenges that may inhibit their cognitive, social, or emotional development
- Strategies for ‘gently pushing’ a young person with SEND to achieve (appropriate or equivalent) learning outcomes to their peers
- Strategies for improving problem-solving skills for academic and social outcomes
- Learn vicariously through the knowledge and skills of seasoned experts in a SEND field
